Twickenham - friendly, professional, very helpful service from the on-site team (Josh). East to use online check in process and clear instructions. One star removed for the numerous requests for a charitable donation to their foundation when accessing the on-line portal and for the pressure by phone to post a review within hours of receiving the email requesting one. Also I was not content to post a public review on Google. A less aggressive approach would have delivered a five star review.

Karl, sasha and Toby were fantastic and really made the process of getting a storage unit for my needs easy. All the team were really helpful. A credit to big yellow.

After three years of using Big Yellow Storage East Finchley and their services and paying extremely high prices which keeps on going up, I have left following a change in their reception opening times meaning gates to the parking are closed. Accessing the gates entrance with codes have proven difficult numerous times and in the last incident was not let which followed an absurd bad costumer service experience. Wouldn’t not use their facility. Not sure about their other venues.

Toby was extremely friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Prices and Room sizes were very transparent as this was a last minute booking which made everything seamless. Even offered us tea and coffee as we drove up from London to Reading.

Storage facility was very clean, enough trolleys to choose from and plenty of parking.
Receptionist was very friendly and explained everything really well.

Michael and reena on reception were very helpful and friendly, and make everything so understandable.

The staff member we dealt with was super helpful and personable, giving us all the information needed in a timely manner. He was chatty, making our experience an enjoyable one.

Overall I had an excellent experience when renting my unit at the Bracknell Big Yellow Storage facility.

Apart from the rather convoluted sign up process (trying to remember everything you are going to be storing when you are moving a whole house in and having to itemise it all is a little longwinded), the process has been easy, well managed and the facility easy to access with the appropriate amount of security.

Barnaby, Courtney and the rest of the on-site team at Bracknell are great and incredibly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere local to store your belongings for a period of time.

At the high Wycombe branch , Z and Sam couldn’t have provided better customer service, both extremely polite, cheerful and greeted me with a warm welcome
